Please review the following house rules before attending parties:

1. Feel free to bring a friend or two but please check with one of us before inviting more people or before inviting people we don’t know.

2. You must be a guy… or a really really cool girl… who doesn’t fall over and spill drinks everywhere.

3. If you are a guy but you’re under 21, see rule #2 above.

4. If you are a girl and are under 21… forget it.

5. Contributions to the bar and/or mixers are not required but are most appreciated.

6. Do not taunt, heckle, pester, hiss or otherwise annoy the Admiral (aka the Chameleon).

7. Please respect our neighbors and do not congregate or hang out on the sidewalk or throw trash in the yard or in the street or have an argument on your cell phone with your girl friend about why she can’t come.

8. Please do not pee in any of the bathroom showers… wait your turn at the toilet. In spite of the fact that we throw many parties, we actually do live here, it’s not a frat house.
