Saturday is Joe’s birthday (a.k.a Pez). Rather then having a huge out-of-control party at our house, we decided to just have drinks and dancing at Rich’s. So everyone should come out and join us to celebrate at Rich’s on Saturday night, September 30th.

The night is all about Euro club music and the future disco scene. If you love European dance club music, techno, futuristic euphoric house etc, then come out and dance your ass off… it’s gonna be HOT!

In case you haven’t heard, we are hosting a birthday party for Colin this Saturday night, May 13th. This is going to be scandalous and initial predictions are that we are going to be evicted from the neighborhood

The party starts at 9PM and is by invite only. As always, if you bring friends, please make sure they aren’t trashy-messy drunks. We put a lot into these parties and only ask that people respect our house and our stuff. Be nice, be cool and be outgoing.

Per Colin, the theme is WIFE BEATER PARTY - any color, be creative.

In addition to our standing house rules, Colin has added a few of his own:

1. check your drama at the door
2. no water allowed. beer is 98% water anyways, so thats close enough.
3. naked twister starts at 1AM.
**slip and slide with lube starts at midnight. hahahahhaha
4. you can’t pass out with your trick on the floor once the party’s over. go back to his place.
5. when the cops arrive, don’t kick their cars this time.
6. jeremy lingvall, try not to get a DUI please.
7. don’t pee in the showers. seriously.
8. if anyone touches “the admiral”, the party’s over. if you don’t know who the admiral is, you’ll see him when you get there.

We are expecting a pretty good crowd so please everyone be considerate and help keep things fun and under control.

We are having a little Pre-Club/Birthday party this Saturday night (Feb. 4th) from 7PM until about 11PM.

As a special bonus for The Admiral’s House party goers, Rich’s has generously given us a special discount on pre-sale tickets for Kimberly S on Saturday night. You can purchase advance tickets online for $10 and save a few bucks (the online ticketing company charges $2.47 in fees but it’s still a better deal). They will be $15 at the door and advance tickets also get you front of the line privileges, which could be very worth it especially on a Kimberly S night. The tickets are electronic so there’s no shipping. Every little bit helps

We’re having a New Year’s Eve after-hours party from about 12:30am until whenever (probably sunrise’ish). Due to problems we’ve had with past parties, we’re changing things around a bit. This party is by invite only and is for friends and their close friends. And (much to Joe’s dismay:) you also have to be 21 and over unless you are personally invited. We aren’t trying to be stuck-up or exclusive, we are just trying to make sure everyone has fun and can relax and enjoy themselves. In the past we’ve had cameras, credit cards and cologne stolen and a lot of people show up that we didn’t really know. We also had a hand full of people stumbling around spilling drinks and booting all over the back yard. As much as we enjoy hosting parties for everyone, we also want to be able to relax and enjoy our own parties along with our friends (and prefer that all the alcohol we buy is absorbed into the body and not the lawn).
